I don't like bbq sauce so I changed some of the ingredients to suit my tastes, it ended up being 700kcal with the lettuce & balsamic glaze. So so tasty and something quick and easy to throw together and guilt-free! I had bacon, store-bought cooked chicken ticka slices, 30g of extra mature reduced fat cheese (no mozzerella), and 1.5 babybels, cherry tomatoes and passata as the base.
