Step 1

Begin by cooking pasta as per packet instructions. Lightly salt the water and then when cooked drain and leave to one side (reserve a couple spoonfuls of pasta water for later).

I served this with my fave bread from Aldi! It's a tomato and pepper one and it is so good. I also served it with their Caesar salad bags, they're so cheap but taste so good! Makes for a hearty, filling meal.
